I led digital transformation that scaled Google's HR technology for 100,000+ employees as well as structural reorganization around a bimodal delivery strategy.I combine this "in-the-trenches" experience with evidence-based academic training, holding a Masters in Leadership & Organizational Development, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Executive & Professional Coaching from the Naveen Jindal School of Management (UT Dallas).
